North Pacific Seaplanes offers float plane flights from Prince Rupert (60 miles away) to Masset, Queen Charlotte, and Sandspit.

By Sea

B.C. Ferries travel from Port Hardy (northern tip of Vancouver Island) to Skidegate, Haida Gwaii, (via Prince Rupert) twice weekly, and from Prince Rupert to Skidegate 5 times weekly in the summer. Reservations are a MUST for the busy summer season.

Budget (250-637-5688) operates out of the Sandspit Airport.
