The Waldorf
This spacious and bright 16′ x 24′ cedar-shaked cabin, with deep bay window, straddles the dunes bordering the mossy rainforest, with an ocean view thru a 12 ft living-room wall of glass, overlooking the north deck.
Built around 14 driftwood poles, with a coffered ceiling, this beach cabin is warmed by a cozy wood-burning fireplace, and is fully furnished with a walk-thru kitchen and pine pedestal table seating 4-6 for comfortably.
The living room, with sofabed, 2 comfy armchairs, and desklibrary (offering good reads, and fun and games for all), invites relaxation and reflection. The princess double bed inside the bay window offers privacy and a stellar view. Along with the double mattress in the loft, plus the fold down daybed in the living room, the waldorf sleeps six comfortably.
The Waldorf also has a sunny south deck with full BBQ. There is private parking, private outhouse, private shower room with on demand propane hot showers, and is Cell Phone friendly. Front door access, 4×4 and AWD are ideal but 2WD cars also tend to have no problems (Vans can be tricky!). Alternative nearby parking or gear shuttle service at check-in and check-out is also available if needed.
